Offering the same benefits as Online Banking, our mobile app takes convenience to a whole new level by putting the power to manage your accounts in the palm of your hand!

Anyone Can Use Mobile Banking

You don’t have to be a tech expert to use Mobile Banking. It’s a great tool for:

  • Farmers who want to keep an eye on their accounts while out working
  • Older couples preparing for retirement
  • Area high schoolers preparing to graduate and move away to school
  • And everyone in between!

Getting Started with Mobile Banking

To get started with our mobile banking, Mobiliti, you must have a Farmers State Bank Online Banking account. When you log in, you will see an enrollment page for Mobiliti. Please check one or all of the options you would like to use.

There are three different ways to use Mobiliti:

Apple Store    Google Store

  1. Download the app FSBIOWA from Apple or Google onto your phone or tablet.  You will then have access to Farmer State Bank’s mobile banking through the app.
  2. Utilize the new mobile browser by connecting to Farmers State Bank’s online website at www.fsbiowa.com.
  3. If you do not have Internet Access on your phone, you can text your requests.
    1. Text BAL to view your account balance.
    2. Text HIST and the account name to receive the history of transactions.
    3. Set up text alerts for your account.
    4. For help text 99588

Now Available on our Mobile Banking App:

Pending Transaction Labels

Users are able to identify their pending transactions in their transaction history. The system appends the word "Pending" to the description for any pending transaction associated with the account.

Check Image Retrieval

Users are now able to view check and deposit images from within Mobiliti for any transaction for which an image is available. Transactions with associated images appear in the transaction history with a check icon. 

Additional Loan Details

When viewing loan account details in Mobiliti, the Min. Due (that is, minimum amount due) and Due Date information now display in the banner at the top of the transaction history.

Apple Touch ID

Upon logging on to the Mobiliti app the first time after we the update, the app presents users with the new Log In With Touch ID What's New tutorial. This tutorial presents users with an informational overview regarding Apple Touch ID; it only displays on Apple devices.

Instant Balance

Check accounts' balances without having to login with your username & password. 

How to activate Instant Balance:

  1.  You may first need to update your app:  Go to Google Play or App  Store. Find the Farmers State Bank mobile app and select Update.  If  your phone is set-up for automatic app updates, you won't need to do  this step.

  2.  On your phone, click on the app, and login with your username and  password.

  3.  Select More on the bottom right of your screen.

  4.  Select Instant Balance Settings.

  5.  Slide the white tab, next to Instant Balance, to the right. It will show  green and will activate Instant Balance.

  6.  Select the account(s) you would like to use (You can select up to 6  accounts).

  7.  Select Save at the bottom of the screen.

  8.  Instant Balance will now appear at the top of your screen when  you go to login the next time.

  9.  Select Instant Balance before entering your username and password.

  10.  A pop-up will show you your balance.

 

Mobile App Update

We have recently updated Mobiliti, the FSB Mobile App.  The update synced the Mobile App's password and your Online Banking password. You may see the following pop-up:

If you see this pop-up, you need to LOGIN to your Online Banking account and update your password.  Password updates for Mobile Banking always occur on your Online Banking account. Please call (515) 295-7221 if you have any questions.
